Your privacy matters to me.
Everything shared in our coaching relationship is treated with complete confidentiality. 

Any personal information you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, messages, personal photos, or materials, will only be used to communicate with you and provide the services we've agreed on.

I use basic digital tools to track our conversations and scheduling, but no personal data is collected without your knowledge or consent. And I will never share your information with third parties.

At the end of our coaching agreement, all personal data is securely deleted. I do not store or retain your information beyond that point. 

You might be invited to join a future mailing list with helpful content or updates, but that’s entirely optional, and you can unsubscribe anytime, no questions asked.
